1. Who we are

Kaala Krow is the personal art practice of Jassaw, based in Bengaluru, India, operating this website, its blog, its online shop, and the design studio Krow Warehouse.

2. Intellectual property

All artworks, sketches, photographs, text, and designs on this site are the original work of Jassaw unless credited otherwise, and are protected by copyright. Buying a print or an original gives you ownership of that physical item — it does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, resell, print, mint as NFTs or use any artwork commercially without written permission.

3. Orders & payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by our payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.
• An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund orders we cannot fulfil (e.g. an original sold twice by mistake — rare, but crows are chaotic).
• Originals are one-of-one. If two orders land at once, the earlier payment wins and the other is refunded in full.

4. Commissions & agency work

Commissioned artwork and Krow Warehouse design projects are governed by their own written agreements (scope, payments, usage rights) agreed over email before work begins. Those agreements override these general terms where they differ.

5. Your conduct

Don't misuse the site: no scraping artworks, no attempting to break the shop or checkout, no impersonating Kaala Krow elsewhere.

6. Liability

The site is provided "as is". We do our best to describe artworks accurately — colours may vary slightly between screens and print. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the shop grows. The date at the top tells you when they last changed.
