Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect the minimum needed to ship you art, we don't sell your data, and crows keep secrets.

1. What we collect

• Order details — name, shipping address, email and phone number, collected when you buy something, used only to fulfil and support your order.
• Payment data — handled entirely by our payment providers (e.g. Razorpay or Stripe). We never receive or store your card, UPI or banking details.
• Cart data— your cart is stored in your own browser's local storage, not on our servers.
• Emails you send us — kept as ordinary correspondence.

2. What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your personal information. Ever.
• We don't run invasive ad trackers.
• We don't spam. You only hear from us about your order.

3. Third parties

Payments are processed by our payment partners under their own privacy policies. Shipping details are shared with courier partners solely to deliver your order. The site may be hosted on infrastructure providers (e.g. Vercel) that process standard server logs (IP address, browser type) for security and performance.

4. Cookies & local storage

We use local storage for your cart and basic functional cookies where needed. No third-party advertising cookies.

5. Your rights

Want to know what we have about you, or want it deleted? Email jassaw@kaalakrow.com and it will be handled within 30 days. We retain order records only as long as required for accounting and tax purposes under Indian law.

6. Children

The shop is intended for buyers 18+. If a minor has submitted personal information, a parent or guardian can contact us to remove it.

7. Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date above changes with it.
