Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Dispatch: prints and stickers ship within 3–5 working days. Originals ship within 7 working days (they get extra bubble wrap and a small ceremony).
• Within India: tracked courier, typically 3–7 days in transit. Tracking details are emailed when your order leaves the nest.
• International: currently on request — DM @kaalakrow or email before ordering and we'll quote shipping to your country.
• Packaging:prints ship flat with backing board (A5) or rolled in a tube (larger sizes). Every order includes a small hand-drawn extra, because envelopes shouldn't be boring.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email a photo of the damage (artwork + packaging) to jassaw@kaalakrow.comwithin 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement print, or a full refund if it was an original — no courier arguments needed on your side, that battle is ours.

Returns & refunds

• Prints & stickers:if you're unhappy for any reason, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns are accepted for undamaged items; refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the item reaching us. Return shipping is on you unless the item was damaged or wrong.
• Originals: sales are final, except for transit damage (full refund or repair, your choice).
• Commissions: covered by the individual commission agreement.

Caught a typo in your shipping address? Email immediately — we can fix it any time before dispatch. After dispatch, we'll do our best with the courier.
